Strategy | Growth | Legacy
Growth plans your team can actually execute.
Genesis Advisory Partners gives founder-led, private-equity-backed and public companies senior-level help to grow revenue, enter new markets, and get sales, marketing and leadership pulling in the same direction.
What we do
Senior commercial leadership, applied where growth stalls.
We work directly with CEOs, boards and commercial leaders. Every engagement ends in a plan with owners, dates and measures, not a slide deck that sits on a shelf.
Growth strategy
Where to play and how to win: segment priorities, offer design, and a revenue plan tied to the targets your board expects.
Go-to-market and market entry
Entering a new market, region or channel, or relaunching a product that isn't landing. Positioning, pricing logic, channel choice and launch sequence.
Strategic partnerships
Identifying, structuring and activating channel, distribution and technology partners that open doors your direct team can't.
Sales and marketing alignment
One commercial plan, one set of definitions, one pipeline. Clear handoffs between marketing, sales and customer teams.
Forecasting and CRM discipline
Pipeline stages that mean something, forecasts leadership can trust, and a CRM your team uses because it helps them sell.
Board and investor communication
Turning commercial performance into a clear story for boards and private-equity sponsors, including value-creation plans and progress reporting.
Engagements and billing
Four ways to work with us.
Every engagement starts with a no-cost scoping call. Fees are agreed in writing before work begins, and all invoices are issued and paid securely online by card, ACH bank debit or bank transfer.

How an engagement runs
Diagnose, plan, then stay through execution.
Step 1 · Diagnose
Find what's really limiting growth
Interviews, pipeline and CRM data, customer conversations and market review. We separate facts from assumptions early.
Step 2 · Plan
Build the plan with your team
Priorities, owners, dates and measures, built with the people who will carry it out so it holds up after we leave the room.
Step 3 · Execute
Stay accountable to results
Regular check-ins on progress, course corrections when the market moves, and honest reporting to leadership and the board.
